Engineer Opinion letters - Also known as foundation certifications. This service is typically required for homes with FHA, VA, or USDA financing.Sometimes traditional financing will also ask for this service if the appraiser notes an attached structure to the home. This service is frequently requested by realtors on behalf of their clients and consists of a visual inspection to determine if the home is compliant with either the Permanent Foundation Guidelines for Manufactured Housing OR compliance with the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards. This includes verifying the correct type of tie downs and correct installation of tie downs. It also includes looking at site built additions such as decks or porches. 

Tie Downs - We offer tie down services for homes that are either not tied down or are tied down incorrectly. Common examples of incorrect tie downs include Cables and clamps or chains. Neither is an appropriately designed and rated system for manufactured homes. This service is requested by both buyers and sellers if the home has non compliant tie downs.

Misc Services - Our misc services include items like installing missing perimeter blocking, marriage line piers, or removing and resetting piers under the Steel Mainrail which are not correctly installed.
