What Is It?
Our Automatic Email Updates system sends you new real estate listings that match your search criteria as soon as they come on the market. It does the work for you! You give it the criteria (number of bedrooms, price range, etc.), and each morning it reviews new listings and sends you the ones that match your criteria. If there are no new listings that match your criteria, you will not receive an email that day. This way, you will be one of the first to know when a new listing comes on the market.
How do I sign up?
Sign up for a free account on our website. After you have completed the registration, you will be redirected to our Vermont MLS Listings page which will allow you to enter your desired search criteria.
Note: If your search returns more than 100 results, you will need to make your search criteria more specific. Once you have specified a desired search, click the button labeled "Save My Search & Notify Me of New Listings." When you click this button, a small window will pop up asking you to name the search. Enter a name for your search and click "OK." To see a list of the searches you have saved, click on the link labeled "View My Searches" at the top of the screen (you must be logged into the site to view this link.)
Can I stop receiving searches?
Yes. Log in to our website and go to the "View My Searches" page. Delete the search(es) that you no longer wish to receive and you will be unsubscribed from future updates.
How accurate is the information sent to me?
The MLS information on our site is updated nightly, meaning that it is as up-to-date as possible. The information listed is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. If you are interested in a specific listing, please contact us for more information.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We do not provide any contact information to any third party companies. Your information is kept private and will never be shared.
