Amy Bedor

Born and raised in the Northeast Kingdom, I am a 2007 Graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy, and a 2011 graduate of Lyndon State College. I married my high school sweetheart in 2009 and while he was deployed to Iraq, I went to school and worked full time. We decided that a house was the investment we wanted to put our money into, and we did just that in 2010. I am a firm believer that Real Estate is the absolute best investment, because you can both enjoy it and add value to it, all at the same time. We have owned income properties as well as (what used to be) our "Fixer Upper" that we currently live in, in Danville, VT. We plan to continue growing our own personal Real Estate Portfolio, because we believe so strongly in the value that Real Estate holds. I love that a house can create visions of someone's desired future, can provide protective comforts, can hold memories that are treasured forever, AND can give you all your money back (and more!) at a time of sale. I would be honored to help you find your first home, your forever home, your income property, or your own fixer upper, as well as help bring prospective buyers to the home that you wish to sell. My vision for Parkway Realty is to grow a team of agents that act as absolute top-notch resources for our clients.

Connie Sleath

Connie Sleath is a native Vermonter from Central Vermont who moved to the Northeast Kingdom in 1990 with two small children, who still live in the Kingdom with families of their own. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1992.  Connie’s real estate training has been ongoing and includes appraisal and mediation training. She has held Leadership roles in board memberships on the local, state and New England regional levels. As co-owner of Parkway Realty, she looks forward to expanding Parkway Realty and continuing to assist local property owners and introducing people into our beautiful region. She is licensed in both Vermont and New Hampshire.

Denise Bigelow

I've lived in the Northeast Kingdom on and off my entire life. By on I mean, that I grew up here, graduated from high school here and married my husband here. By Off I mean that once we were married, my husband enlisted in the Army and throughout his 17 years of service we resided in locations such as Augsburg Germany, Aberdeen Maryland, and Atlanta, Georgia. Our beautiful daughter was born in Germany. Because we were a military family, and having experienced my husband completing 2 overseas combat tours, I've chosen to commit myself to supporting our Veterans. I accomplish that by being an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the American Legion, as well as an officer with the Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars. I'm also an active member of the Benevolent Protective Order Of Elks and assist with their Veteran's programs. Through these organizations I am able to volunteer and provide assistance to Veterans and their families. As a realtor, it gives me great satisfaction to help Veterans find and purchase a home with their much deserved VA Loan Guarantee Program.  So whether you're in search of a new home, or find yourself in a position that requires selling  a home,  please give me a call. I will provide you with honest and effective communication and  guide you every step of the way.

Patty Emery

Hi, I'm Vermont realtor, Patty Emery! Please let me help you with all your Vermont real estate needs. As a Vermont native from the Northeast Kingdom, I am familiar with all of northern Vermont —the area known as the "Northeast Kingdom." I grew up in a Vermont real estate family and have been a licensed Vermont real estate agent since 1976. I am well versed in all aspects of Vermont real estate, from the beginning of your property search to the realty closing.

Erika Pierce

Hi there! My name is Erika and I am just ecstatic to be working with Parkway Realty! I am a 2005 graduate from St. Johnsbury Academy and have lived in the St. Johnsbury community essentially my entire life (making one quick year long getaway to Tampa, Florida in 2005!). Over the past 15 years, I have worked for one of our local banks, a law office, and am currently in the finance department for a local business. All my background combined gave me the drive to pursue real estate! I purchased my first house in 2009, at 22 years old! I have been a homeowner ever since (purchasing our current home in 2017) and truly believe there is just so much value in finding your own home. I am so looking forward to working with you in all of your real estate matters!
