Hi there! My name is Erika and I am just ecstatic to be working with Parkway Realty! I am a 2005 graduate from St. Johnsbury Academy and have lived in the St. Johnsbury community essentially my entire life (making one quick yearlong getaway to Tampa, Florida in 2005!). Over the past 15 years, I have worked for one of our local banks, a law office, and am currently in the finance department for a local business. All my background combined gave me the drive to pursue real estate! I purchased my first house in 2009, at 22 years old! I have been a homeowner ever since (purchasing our current home in 2017) and truly believe there is just so much value in finding your own home. I am so looking forward to working with you in all of your real estate matters!
