I definitely recommend Parkway to anyone buying/selling a house in the NEK. Maurice helped my father buy a house in St. J back in 2002 when our family moved to VT. When it was my turn to buy a house a few years ago, I knew who to call. I've since purchased and sold several houses with the professional and experienced help of Maurice, and more recently, Colton. They've helped me both buy under market value and also sell over asking price more than once!

We recently purchased a piece of property through Parkway Realty, working exclusively with Amy Bedor. The whole experience was seamless, she walked us through all the angles, directing us on what to do when we were confused on any issues. The only down side was the lack of appraisers in the area of the property, which made the whole process very slow, BUT that was not Parkway and/or Amy's fault, just the nature of the beast. It was really a very seamless experience, and we would highly recommend her and Parkway Realty.
